Refund Policy


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Used items—including bugles, cow calls, diaphragm calls, and latex products—cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


To start a return, please contact us at support@abeandson.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your package.


Items must be received within 14 days of return approval. Returns received after this period will not be accepted. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.




Damaged or Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to place a new order and return the original item (if eligible). Once your return is accepted and received, we’ll process your refund.
