Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order.

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — see promotions at the top of our website or during checkout.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected. Most standard orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact your local carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will do our best to assist where possible.

International Shipping
